Privacy Policy

In short

This website has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics, and it does not set cookies. We do not sell your information.

What this website handles

• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Netlify) receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, in server logs used to run and protect the site.
• Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Your browser. A few features keep small items in your browser tab only (session storage): a flag that remembers we have already suggested your language and, on the member-only training pages, the name, Chamet ID number and country you type in to personalise the page. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and disappears when you close the tab.
• Contact form. The form on the Contact page sends nothing to our servers. It opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

When you message us

If you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok or Instagram, we receive what you send us, such as your name, phone number or username and your messages. We use it only to reply to you, to help you join Chamet through our agency and to support you afterwards. We do not sell it or use it for advertising, and we keep it only as long as we need it for these purposes.

Other companies’ services

This site links to WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram and Chamet. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data-protection law.

Age

This site and the opportunities on it are for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

Terms of Use

About this website

This website is for general information. It explains how to join Chamet through AllForYouAgencia and how streaming, agents and payouts generally work. It is not an offer of employment or a contract, and it is not financial, tax or legal advice.

Joining Chamet

Registration, verification, payments and the rules of the app are handled inside Chamet, under Chamet’s own terms, privacy policy and community guidelines. AllForYouAgencia is an official Chamet agency. This site is run by the agency, not by Chamet, and “Chamet” is a trademark of its owners. We do not charge a fee to join through us.

Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older and meet the requirements Chamet sets, including the laws that apply in your country.
• Follow Chamet’s rules and community guidelines. Chamet may limit or close accounts under its own rules.
• You are responsible for your own account and content, and for any taxes or reporting that apply to your earnings.
• The training pages are for members onboarded by AllForYouAgencia. Please do not share them or their passwords.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but Chamet’s rates, rules and features can change at any time. Please check the Chamet app for the current position. The site is provided “as is”.

Links to other sites

We are not responsible for the content or practices of the websites and apps we link to.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, AllForYouAgencia is not liable for losses that result from using this site, or from decisions you make based on it, including changes made by Chamet or by payment providers.

Our content

The text and design of this site belong to AllForYouAgencia. Chamet’s name, logo and app screenshots belong to their owners. Please do not copy our content without asking.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms by updating this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Earnings Disclaimer

Earnings on Chamet vary a great deal from person to person. They depend on things such as how many hours you stream, your audience, your level, call prices and gifts, and Chamet’s own rates and rules.

Any figures on this website — including example earnings, monthly ranges, bean-to-dollar rates, agent commission tiers and salary examples — are illustrations, not promises or guarantees of income. Some people earn less than the examples, and some earn nothing.

Payout methods, minimum withdrawals, fees and timing are set by Chamet and its payment partners. They can differ by country and change over time.

Nothing on this website is financial, tax or legal advice.
