Diamonds are the virtual currency viewers send as gifts during your stream. Beans are what you receive in return — they're converted into real money when you withdraw.

There are 2 main ways to earn:

1. Calls — viewers call you and you earn beans per minute.
2. Gifts — viewers send virtual gifts during calls, streams, or parties, which convert to beans.

10,000 beans = $1 USD. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10, which equals 100,000 beans.

Beans are settled globally every day at 24:00 GMT+8. Your dollar balance is ready for withdrawal approximately 7–8 hours later.

Methods vary by country. Colombia & Brazil have direct bank transfer, Epay, PayPal, and crypto. Argentina has Epay, PayPal, and crypto. All withdrawals require a MetWallet digital wallet — the transfer from Chamet to MetWallet is instant, and from MetWallet to your bank takes a few minutes to a few hours (Chamet states 2–7 days but it usually arrives the same day).

1. Random Calls — incoming calls at a fixed rate of 1,200 beans/min for the first 90 seconds. If the caller stays, it switches to your normal call rate.

2. Normal / Private Calls — direct calls at a rate you set. The higher your level in the app, the higher rate you can charge.

Chamet levels reset monthly. Each month you start at the highest level you reached the previous month. A higher level lets you set higher call rates and earn more per call.

Every streamer gets a guaranteed opportunity to earn $2 (20,000 beans) from random calls daily. After that, calls may slow down. Our agency shares pro tips with registered streamers on how to keep attracting random calls.

The first 3 minutes of every call are monitored by Chamet's AI to ensure both parties follow platform policies. You'll see a robot icon next to the call price during this time. After 3 minutes the icon disappears and the call continues normally.

In live streams, parties, or video calls, users can send two types of gifts:

1. Regular Gifts — can be sent by any user. Beans received = Diamond price × 60%.

2. Lucky Gifts — the sender has a chance to win diamonds as a reward, which affects the host's beans:
• Yellow treasure box icon: 80% of diamonds go into the prize pool, 20% go to the host.
• Purple treasure box icon: 99% of diamonds go into the prize pool, 1% goes to the host.

You can block them directly from their profile. After blocking:
1. They cannot message you.
2. Mutual following becomes disabled.
3. They are banned from entering your room.

You can unblock them anytime through Settings → Blocklist.

1. Save screenshot evidence immediately.
2. Report via in-app customer service.
3. Our team will take action against violating accounts after verification.

If you have evidence, report all relevant chat history by long-pressing the messages in the app. Our team will review it.

Important notice: Since the platform cannot verify private transactions and has no enforcement authority, we cannot recover losses from private money transfers. Never transfer money to strangers and always be cautious of fraud.

Step-by-step:
1. Earn 100,000 beans. At 24:00 GMT+8 they convert automatically to USD.

MetWallet is Chamet's official withdrawal platform. All earnings must pass through MetWallet before reaching your bank. Transfer from Chamet → MetWallet is instant. MetWallet → bank usually takes minutes to hours, though Chamet officially states 2–7 business days.

"Pending" means the bank is processing your transfer. This normally takes 2–7 working days. If it's still pending after 7 days, contact us and we'll escalate it for you.

Common reasons:
1. Incorrect account details — wrong account number, email, SWIFT code, or bank branch. Correct and retry.
2. Name mismatch — your bank account name must match your MetWallet name.
3. Frozen/inactive account — contact your bank.
4. KYC pending — you need to submit identity documents.
5. Bank restrictions — you may be on a blocked list; try a different withdrawal method.

System fluctuations can cause the status to show "completed" before the bank actually processes it. Wait up to 7 business days. If funds still haven't arrived, send us a PDF of your bank statement (covering the withdrawal date + 3 days) and we'll resolve it for you.

If you haven't made a successful withdrawal yet, contact us and we can help change it. If you've already withdrawn successfully, the name cannot be changed.

Go to My Beans → Withdraw → Unbind MetWallet and follow the instructions. Note: you cannot unbind on a new device that has been logged in for less than 72 hours.

Warning: if you reach the maximum failed attempts, you cannot retry. Contact us if you believe it's a system error.

No — one person can only pass face verification for one account. To verify a new account, delete the existing one and wait 90 days for your facial data to be removed.

Go to Settings → About Us → Delete Account. You have 14 days to log back in and recover it. After 14 days it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Think carefully before proceeding.

Go to My Profile and scroll down to the information you want to update. Never share your OTP with anyone. If you lose access to your phone, SIM, or email, Chamet cannot assist with recovering login details.

No — once a phone number has been linked to a Chamet account, it cannot be linked to a new one, even if the old account was deleted.

1. Use a strong password (8+ characters, mix of letters, numbers & symbols).
2. Bind your phone number and email.
3. Complete face verification.
4. Monitor login devices and change your password immediately if something looks suspicious.
5. Never click suspicious links or share verification codes.
6. Only recharge through official Chamet options.

For female users: You can upload photos/videos and set them to "Private" in your album. Other users need a Chamet Plus subscription to view them. You earn beans based on daily exposure metrics, distributed the next day.

For male users: A Chamet Plus subscription gives you access to all users' private albums.

Users must always have at least one valid profile photo. If you only have one photo, upload a new one first, then tap on the old photo you want to remove and select Delete.

Random calls require callers to use free chat cards, which are limited and competitive. To improve your chances:
1. Use an attractive, authentic profile photo.
2. Improve your chatting skills to increase call duration.
3. Stream longer — more gifts = higher ranking.
4. Avoid using rooted devices or devices used for multiple Chamet accounts.
5. Keep your face visible and avoid violations such as minors on camera or nudity.

A free card gives a caller 90 seconds of random call at no cost. After 90 seconds, the caller can choose to continue — if they do, diamonds are deducted based on your private call price.

The free card only covers the first 90 seconds. If the caller chose to continue beyond that, diamonds are charged based on the host's private call price.

Chamet's AI monitors video calls between strangers. If it detects inappropriate content (nudity, minors, etc.), it will cut the connection. Repeated violations can result in feature suspension.

Before going live, make sure you have enabled "Accept calls during live" in your settings. If the user appears active but the call fails, their video call function may be restricted due to a violation — try again later.

Go to My Beans → Chat Price at the bottom of the page and select your preferred rate. Note: after changing your price, you cannot change it again for 1 hour.

Within 15 seconds of a call connecting, manually end the call. A prompt will appear asking if you want to turn off auto-answer mode.

Chamet requires your face to be visible during live streaming. Avoid masks, sunglasses, hats, or covering your face with hair or scarves.

1. Use an attractive, authentic cover photo.
2. Stream during off-peak hours to reduce competition.
3. Improve your setup — good lighting and a clean, visually appealing background.
4. Showcase talents like singing or dancing to attract and keep viewers.
5. Maintain a consistent streaming schedule and interact with your audience regularly.

Common violations include:
• Clothing: underwear-style tops, see-through outfits, no-bra looks, erotic lingerie.
• Body exposure: cleavage, nudity, exposed thighs or crotch, live shower.
• Camera focus: directing camera at intimate body parts.
• Postures/gestures: spread legs, lying down live, seductive gestures, moaning.
• Objects: sex toys or items used in a sexual context.
• Minors: minors appearing on camera, including breastfeeding.
• Other: couple streaming, inappropriate backgrounds.

Either your appearance was flagged as resembling a minor (consider adjusting your style or makeup), or a minor appeared in your camera frame or background. Always ensure no minors are visible during your stream.

Currently, Chamet does not support hiding received gift records.

Go to Messages → tap the icon in the top-right corner → tap [+] in the top-right corner of "My Groups" → select Create.

Groups cannot be found by general search. You need to ask the group owner or an administrator to send you an invitation.

Your level is based on your total beans earned within one month. Chamet compares your last month's earnings and this month's earnings and uses the higher value as your current level. Monthly earnings reset at the start of each month.

Male user levels increase based on diamonds recharged or consumed. Important: if your balance drops to ≤2,000 diamonds, your level resets to Level 0 and you won't be able to go live until you recharge.

Male users must reach Level 1 to go live. If your diamond balance drops to ≤2,000 diamonds, your level becomes 0. Recharge diamonds to restore your level and live streaming access.

Chamet's system automatically detects gender from your live stream or video chat. If an opposite-gender person appeared on screen, it may have triggered a gender change. To fix it, complete face verification. If it still doesn't update after that, contact us.

If you believe the ban was unfair, use the complaint function inside the app and wait for the review team to respond. We also recommend contacting us so we can assist you in following up.

Go to Settings → Blacklist, find the user you want to unblock, and follow the on-screen option to remove them.

To appear on Charm Queen rankings you must meet all of the following:
1. Female account with valid face verification, a valid poster, and a score ≥ 75.
2. GPS permission enabled.
3. No abnormal device or account flags.
4. Only one account per device can appear on the ranking — if you have multiple accounts on the same device, only one will be shown.

If the system detects multiple accounts registered on your device, "My Tasks" will only be shown in one of them. To restore it, delete all sub-accounts registered on your device.

To change agencies, you must delete your current account and wait 90 days for your face verification data to be fully reset. After that, you can register a new account and pass face verification for the new agency. Please contact us before taking any steps.
